We provide over 13 years of Salesforce experience with Salesforce Administration and Development.

• Collaborate with project team members to design appropriate solutions and execute projects in a timely manner.
• Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements.
• Configure client Salesforce platform including structure and functionality, troubleshooting, deployment and upload of data.
• Support and participate in client presentations and design reviews to build strong working relationships with clients and analyze feedback to ensure alignment.
• Participate in client training and other implementation initiatives as a part of overall project deliverables• Customize Salesforce Solutions
• Implement Salesforce Platform for Business Development.
• Maintain and customize Salesforce Customer Relationship Management system.
• Create HTML email templates.
• Develop reports from data within Salesforce for analyzing and distribution.
• Provide recommendations for new applications and software enhancements of automation software tools, which may include customization, data decisions, and the development of reports and information to allow improvements and efficiencies that will advance the clients daily workflow and corporate objectives.
• Provides participation in project development and implementation of a customer relationship management system.
• Design data analyst tools such as databases, queries and reports to Management develop forecast and marketing opportunities.
• Working with management, strategic planning & analysis staff and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
• Develop and create customized reports and dashboards.
• Create and document application requirements by working together with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes including program staff, programmers, strategic planning and analysis staff and/or outside consultants as needed.
• Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Train new and existing users on how to use Salesforce within company processes and business model.
• Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
• Provide application users with technical support.
